Announcement!

We are exited to announce that we will be having a spring warm-up race on February 28, 2009. See the flyer below.

Also, we are exited to announce that we are making plans as we speak to run a limited season next year, bi-weekly possibly, to coincide with off weekends at Red Bud Speedway on 380, to enable all our friends on the East Side of the Metroplex the opportunity to race closer to home if they choose, and therefore save some money in this tough economy. And of course, all other racers from all over Texas and Oklahoma would be welcome to join in the competition too!

The focus of the track will be to provide a safe, friendly, positive and supportive family oriented facility and atmosphere for which the racers of all ages can come and enjoy racing events and spend time with friends and family competing against friendly competitors while observing and practicing the utmost in courtesy, honesty, and integrity on and off the track.

The classes we are considering will be the same classes as the ones we have listed below for the Spring Warm-up, and will be decided pending the popularity and number of participants in each class at Metroplex events as we get closer to the spring season.

To keep costs low as we always have, we will be looking for an all-volunteer staff in 2009. If you have an interest in volunteer work at the track, to help maintain the facility, or to work the events, please call Gerry at 214-232-8947, weekends.

Watch for updated information as we proceed through the winter.
